  • 900 PLN (205€) / person – includes two nights (24-25/09/2024 and 25-26/09/2024) in double rooms, meals and conference materials (including the conference program and summaries of speeches).
  • 600 PLN (135€) / person – includes meals and conference materials (containing the conference program and abstracts of speeches), does not include accommodation

  • 30/11/2023 – the deadline for sending submissions of topics for papers / messages along with a summary
  • 15/03/2024 – the deadline for sending the full text of the presentation
  • 30/05/2024 – the deadline for sending applications to participate in the conference
  • 30/06/2024 – deadline for paying the conference fee
  • 30/08/2024 – deadline for submitting presentations (preferred form of presentation – Power Point)
